At The NY Cookie Store, we strive to ensure a delightful experience with every cookie you order. Since our products are made fresh and perishable, we follow a transparent cancellation and refund policy aligned with Indian consumer standards.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation is not permitted, as we begin preparing your cookies fresh for delivery immediately.
Please double-check your order details (items, address, contact number) before making payment.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following circumstances:
Wrong item delivered (e.g., different quantity or product)
Note: To be eligible for a refund, you must raise a request within 24 hours of receiving your order.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@thenycookie.com, and include the following:
Order ID
Full name
Reason for refund
Photos (in case of damaged/spoiled item)
Once verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Refund Method & Timeline
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., Razorpay, UPI, card).
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
No Refunds in These Cases
We do not issue refunds in the following scenarios:
Change of mind after placing the order
Dislike of taste or texture (taste preferences are subjective)
Incorrect address or phone number provided by customer
Delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., rain, traffic, festivals)
